    i was thinking of taking whey protein to speed up my metabolism.. think thats a good idea?
  • i'm back. i've had lots of trouble lately but i'm finally back. and i'm still on my diet. i haven't heard back from NY yet, hopefully this week i know if i'm accepted/rejected because i'm going to NY this weekend. i leave friday nightt!!! i'm so excited.

    ultimately i'd like to be around 110 by september and i'm assuming that this process won't just be 10lbs a month.. it'd be more like 10 pounds every two and a half weeks. but here's for hoping!

  • todays intake:

    and i drank lots and lots of water.

  • saturday i woke up and went to work. i came home, took a nap from 3-9. i literally did not eat anything all day. i normally don't eat ANYTHING after 7pm but since i wasn't up, i ate an orange. i went to bed at like 3:30am because i was hanging out with the guys all night. then i was so excited because i got to sleep in on sunday but woke up to my phone ringing at 11:30am from my uncle ("you were supposed to go out to breakfast with me! lets go out to lunch!") so i met him at friendlys (WTF AGAIN) at 12pm. this time i looked up to see what would be the best thing to get .. something that i would like to eat and still not be as bad as what i had last time. and i got frozen yogurt for ice cream. i told my uncle that i'm trying to lose weight (on the verge of an eating disorder) and he said "Good fucking luck. you have our gene. it's going to be hard." WELL THEN. i told him it is coming off, slowly, but surely. so whatever. after that i bought some weed and went to walgreens. then i called sean to smoke. we smoked pretty much all day. we ate dinner with my dad, smoked again, then watched the oscars. it was snowing and i didn't have to go ANYWHERE, and that's the best feeling in the world. i binged before my 7pm deadline.. but it wasn't too bad. but i did have a lot to eat yesterday.

    SUNDAYS intake:
    friendlys with icecream: 1000 cals
    shepards pie: NO IDEA BUT SO BAD.
    binge-- (estimate) 500 cals
    = estimate would be probably over 2000 cals.

    weekends are usually bad. but weekdays are usually awesome. i have work today and a lot of errands and then night class. so i think i'm going to go to the gym somewhere in between or just after my night class.

    i just did my body test on wii fit and i'm down another 1.3 lbs. i don't understand how that happened but I DONT HATE IT!

    i'm at 183lbs right now. i NEED to be in the 170's by wednesday.
